Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Hanoi – Half Day City Tour
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. After checking in and freshening up, your exploration of Hanoi begins.
At 8:30 AM, meet your friendly guide and start your city tour. Your first stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. Built in the 6th century, it is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, offering a serene and spiritual atmosphere.
Next, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here, you will have the chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh and stroll through the beautiful gardens to see the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. The complex also includes the unique One Pillar Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy.
Please note, modest dress is required when visiting Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, temples, and pagodas, covering from shoulders to knees. Additionally, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
Your next destination is the Vietnam Ethnology Museum, where you can learn about the diverse cultures of the 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam. After an enriching cultural tour, transfer back to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 - Hanoi to Sapa – Visit Cat Cat Village
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 7:30 AM and depart for Sapa. Enjoy the scenic drive, with a comfort break at Lao Cai city at 9:30 AM. Arrive in Sapa Town at 1:00 PM, where you will be welcomed with a drink and a briefing on your itinerary. Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes before checking in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, take a short drive to the gate of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic people. Located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak, Cat Cat Village offers a glimpse into the daily life of the locals. Trek down to the valley bottom to see the waterfall and the French-built Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for photos at the bridge and waterfall before trekking back uphill to meet the bus for your return to Sapa Town. The trekking distance is about 2.5 kilometers and lasts for approximately 2 hours. Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 3 - Trekking to Lao Chai and Ta Van Villages
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Check out of your room and prepare a light pack for trekking. At 8:00 AM, take a short drive to Y Linh Ho, where you will begin your trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream. Visit the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Continue trekking to Ta Van Village, home of the Dzay ethnic people. The trekking distance is about 9 kilometers and lasts for approximately 3.5 hours.
At 11:30 AM, a private car will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge and return you to Sapa. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant between 12:30 and 1:30 PM. After lunch, relax and leisure on your own, and use the hotel’s public bathroom for a shower if you wish.
At 2:45 PM, meet all group members at the hotel to get ready for your journey back to Hanoi. Depart for Hanoi at 3:30 PM with two comfort breaks along the way. Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 PM. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4 - Explore Hoa Lu, Mua Cave, and Trang An
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 AM. Head to Ninh Binh province, located about 120 kilometers from Hanoi. Arrive in Ninh Binh around 10:30 AM and visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, and learn about the history and architecture of this historic site.
At 11:45 AM, enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant, featuring local specialties such as goat meat and fried rice. Vegetarian options are also available.
In the afternoon, visit Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. Trang An is renowned for its stunning tunnel cave system, which was featured in the 2016 movie "Kong: Skull Island." Enjoy a boat trip through the serene waters, passing through caves like Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dark Cave), and Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine Cave), and admire the natural beauty of this remarkable landscape.
At 3:30 PM, head to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc. Return to Hanoi by car, arriving at your hotel around 7:30 PM. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 5 - Hanoi to Halong Bay – Begin Your Cruise
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 8:30 AM and head to Halong Bay. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Red River Delta. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina at 11:30 AM, take a short break while our staff handles the registration process. Board the cruise ship, where the captain and crew will welcome you with a refreshing drink.
The cruise sets sail around 12:30 PM, embarking on a voyage through Halong Bay, one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Enjoy lunch on board as you pass by impressive limestone karst formations rising majestically from the sea.
At 2:00 PM, leave the cruise to explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. After exploring the cave, return to the cruise and continue to Ti Top Island. Here, you can take in the magnificent views over the Gulf of Tonkin or swim in the emerald-green waters.
As the day winds down, join the onboard "Happy Hour" or participate in a cooking class on the sundeck. Dinner is served at 7:30 PM, featuring delicious local cuisine prepared by the onboard catering staff.
After dinner, enjoy various activities such as karaoke or squid fishing, or simply relax with a drink from the bar. Overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 6 - Halong Bay – Departure from Hanoi
Start your day early with breakfast served between 6:15 and 7:00 AM. Enjoy the serene morning view of the sunrise over Halong Bay.
At 8:00 AM, the cruise approaches the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join a guided tour to Luon Cave, a stunning natural formation of karst mountains. Discover this masterpiece of nature by kayaking through the cave. If you’re lucky, you might spot playful monkeys along the cliffs.
Return to the cruise by 9:30 AM and check out of your cabin. As the cruise makes its way back to the quayside, a delightful lunch will be served on board.
Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:35 AM and board the shuttle back to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. This marks the end of your unforgettable journey through the cultural and natural wonders of Vietnam.
