Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival at Kaziranga National Park
Upon arrival at Kaziranga National Park, you will check into your hotel, where you can relax and unwind. The evening is free for leisure, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your own pace or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere of the park.
Kaziranga National Park, located in Assam, Northeast India, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India's most significant protected areas. Spanning around 430 square kilometers, the park is celebrated for its population of one-horned Indian rhinoceroses, which are a symbol of Kaziranga. In addition to rhinos, the park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including tigers, elephants, wild water buffalo, and numerous bird species. The park's landscape features tall elephant grass, marshlands, dense tropical forests, and various natural and artificial water bodies, including the nearby Brahmaputra River. Visitors can explore the park through various safari options, including jeep and elephant safaris, and can also experience the local culture and cuisine by visiting nearby villages.

Day 2 - Jungle Safari and Departure
Start your day early with a refreshing cup of Assam Tea before heading to the riding point for an exhilarating elephant safari in the Western Range of Kaziranga. This early morning safari provides a unique opportunity to observe the park's wildlife up close, including the famous one-horned rhinoceros, from a safe yet intimate distance. After the elephant safari, return to the resort for breakfast.
Post breakfast, drive to the Central Range of Kaziranga National Park for a thrilling jeep safari. The Central Range is a prime zone for ecotourism, offering spectacular sightings of rhinos grazing in the large grasslands, herds of elephants with their adorable calves, and various other species of flora and fauna. The entry gate to this zone is conveniently located about two kilometers from the National Highway, passing through the village of Kohora. This jeep safari will allow you to experience the rich biodiversity and stunning landscapes of Kaziranga.
After the safari, conclude your memorable visit to Kaziranga National Park and prepare for your departure, taking with you unforgettable memories of your wildlife adventure.
